Welcome to the Clinical Skills Training Tool Stream! This page will outline the tasks for those participating in the CSTT stream from weeks 2-8.
Week 2-8 Outline
- Stakeholder Analysis & Training Needs Assessment – Identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success and sustainability.
- Training Design & Schedule Development – Developing a structured, relevant training design and plan that meets identified needs and supports workforce development.
- Learning Outcomes & Assessment Integration – Defining Learning outcomes and integrating assessment strategies into the training design and schedule.
- Recruitment & Program Implementation – Planning and executing effective recruitment strategies for clinical training programs.
- Active Participation & Communication – Organising participants and stakeholders, and strategies for active participation and effective communication.
- Evaluation & Sustainability – Implementing evaluation mechanisms to measure training impact, learning outcomes, and areas for improvement.
