Week 2-8 Outline
- Professional Associations – Reviewing the role of professional associations in regulation and standardization, with emphasis on governance and accountability.
- Code of Ethics and Conduct – Developing ethical standards to guide professional practice and ensure accountability.
- Scope of Practice – Defining the scope of professional practice within regulations to ensure safe and effective care.
- Standard of Practice – Developing and aligning professional standards to international benchmarks and ensuring you support safe, effective practice.
- Education of the Profession – Establishing education standards and continuing education requirements that support professional growth and regulatory alignment.
- Continuous Professional Development Framework – Establishing and evaluating CPD standards to ensure ongoing competency and professional growth within the field.
- Registration and Licensure – Creating and implementing systematic processes for professional registration, licensure maintenance, and compliance monitoring.
